Hey guys so i am ready to cut, and wanting to do a Keto Diet.
Quick question i hae caluclated my TDEE at 66+ 1137.1+880-142.8=1940.3 * 1.5 = 3007.465 calories for maintence
I am considering cutting that down by 300/400 calories.
I know keto diet is around 70-75% fats, 20-25% Protein and 5-10% carbs. So Basically question is would i just choose my food options and build my diet according to my calorie deficit?
