i normally take whey 2protein+dextrose after my workout and thats about 50grm pro and 70gram carbs with 220+300=520cals but should i take ON Pro Complex Gainer with 650cals,60grams protein,85grms carbs and with several vitamins and minerals???i think its a better option over whey+dex!
