The following is an illustrastion of the proper way (if there is a proper way) to self inject in the trap muscle.

Disclaimer: I am clean and do not us or condone the use of anabolics. There is no anabolic substance in this injection. It is oil only.

This is the hard part. You must have extremely good lighting and a mirror.

Notice the bleeding. It happens just about every time a shoot the traps. Lots of shit in there that is impossible to get around.

The moral of this story and the reason Xbiker did not want to do it.

It is almost impossible to safely inject in the traps by oneself. Especially if you are a big guy.

One must have help especially in detemining if you aspirated properly.

When I used to shoot the traps. I would insert the needle (So I could feel if I was getting close to a nerve). Once in I would let my partner aspirate and then plunge.

This is very dangerous and I do not feel the benefit is worth the risk. Also keep in mind. I did not use an anabolic substance so it should have been a painless procedure anyway.

Yes, I have in the past and it was painful. Probably not as bad as I expected though.

I forgot to let everyone no which tools I used.

3 cc syringe
1" - 23 guage needle (Most liquids you could use smaller but the oil was pretty thick and 23 was all I had laying around)

Insulin needles could be used with site injections with less pain and less scar tissure. Draw with an 18 guage swicth to the 29 guage and their should be no problem. Just take it slow. Unless water based is used and then you will clog the needle.

i actually had af riend shot me in the traps with a 25 guage filled of winstrol, but he did it formn the back in the meaty part of the trap,i it was only 1cc and it was a relativley painless injection, i def wouldnt go through with what superman did though, Ouchhhhh is def an understatment.
