So I'm trying to put on more weight but not body fat. But I'm finding it hard to get more time to eat all these meals everyday.
my usual daily schedule looks like this
I sleep 730am-330pm about 8 hrs
have 5-7 eggs fried, then gym from 4-6pm approx, then from 7-10 is when I try and get 2 meals in mostly whole grain brown rice, lean meats, chicken. then I work 10pm-7am. and I only get a 10min break and a 30min lunch. so I can only eat at certain times. and I'm finding it difficult to consume the amount of food I want or is necessary
any help?
