Hi Everyone,
I am a Crossfitter and my workouts are extermly intense to the point of pasing out sometimes, my heart goes through the roof sometimes and sometimes its doesnt. My questoin is would it still be safe to run a cycle while doing this. I know a lot of the top Crossfitters run gear, I just dont know what. I already have a normal BP of 136/73 and a HR or 63. I eat really good and exercise 6 days a week. I have been told that the cycle I am going to run is mild and shouls not hurt me at all. Please chim in. Thanks.
