Low on carbs maybe
Your body has been starved of food and hydration for approx 8 hours, it's not uncommon to look like that. I'm betting after your first meal, you swell a bit.
your blood probably is more concentrated in central part of body almost same principal as a good pump the blood leaves intestines to muscles.
Good question, Vibrantred94gt. I definitely notice the same thing depending on what I eat before I go to bed.Originally posted by Pheedno

I have found that when I eat a high-prot. meals--such a baked chicken and/or beef (not powdered protien mixes)--about 1/2 hour before bed, I wake up feeling a bit pumped in the body part that I did the night before, IF I get at least 7 hours of sleep.
If I eat just simple carbs, or dont eat, or eat very little prot. before bed, I wake-up feeling and looking flat.
With his post, Pheedno already has hit the nail on the head for you (of course).
Does this happening go with any particular body type? Like would I hold a lot of water weight or anything.
I was thinking carbs to.. And yes,, i swell up when I eat in the morning.
Agreed.Originally posted by Pheedno
