i don't know about you, but i can't stand the taste of egg whites. its nasty as hell. anyways, i was just wondering if there is anything that you could eat them with or a special way to make 'em so they don't taste like shit? lol
i'm on a cutting diet so my breakfast is pretty simple:
6 slices of Bacon = 12g Protein - 18g Fat
3 Egg Whites = 12g Protein
8oz of Water
pretty shitty breakfast but it is filling - just nasty as hell to eat. i eat only 28g of Carbs per day and that comes with my 5th meal so please, if you're going to suggest something, 1 or 2g of Carbs at the most. suggestions for something to put in place of the eggs are welcome
