After a good sleep in and a massive breakfast. Spent some quality time on here and got great motivation from Buttery im off to the gym.
20/3/13.
chest today holy pump! im hitting them hard and with a lot more weight than I usually do, this comp has really changed how I train.

upping cals another 500 or so just to deal with starting back at work.4/413.Another cold morning but I can just see the sun coming up threw the clouds kinda nice watching the sun rise, Shoulders this morning one of my lacking parts so ill be focusing on them really want to round off my delts.5/4/13 had a cheat meal yesterday bucket of KFC must have been a shock to the system I was on the funny for about 20mins this morning lol

going to be a stressful week ahead other half is having wisdom teeth removed 3hr surgery! so i'm allowing myself 2days off for that.
