Hey Im 5'6 150
18 wrestling season just ended was at 145 cut to 140 and now 150, had 10% body fat now like 15-20
Started to work out again and I want to gain some muscle and be toned/cut for summer. Im a wrestler so I know how to diet and excersise right just have been lazy after 4 yrs of wrestling.
Any recommended beginner stacks that I should take in order to reach my goal. I want to gain at least 10 lbs muscle or so. Want to be cut like I was but a lil bigger. Any help/ recommendations will do.
