    Test Enanthate and Winny Cycle

    I just started my first cycle.

    500mg EW, wks 1-10
    50mg ED, wks 1-10
    Nothing, wks 11-13
    Nolva , wks 14-18

    Age: 35
    Weight: 88 kg
    Sex: male
    Fitness/Strength: intermediate
    Objective: strength and muscle gains.

    I definitely want to be stronger and more masculine, but there is another reason I want to start AAS.

    I am getting my ass handed to me by younger, stronger guys at the MMA gym. They have inferior technique, but muscle through my moves when all else fails.

    It's not my style to muscle out of a genuinely good lock or choke, just because I can. I would rather tap and than learn a counter or an escape. Otherwise let's just have an arm wrestle.

    However their are many people in my sport that just use strength and muscle.

    I have done lots of research, but as this is my first cycle I am keen on your thoughts and comments.

    Hey man!

    10weeks of winni is too much IMO!

    Do 4-5weeks orals or 6weeks incectables.

    Nolva 40/20/20/20 for PCT I would add CLOMID 50/50/25/25.

    Get AI and HCG and run them during your cycle.

    As stated above do not run winny more than 5-6weeks. You need hcg on cycle to maintain testicular function making recovery easier 200-250 iu 2 times EW. You need an AI as well

    Winny can be really hard on the joints; not a very good choice for an MMA fighter.

    Thanks for the advice guys. I will def cut back to 6 weeks on the Winny.

    I mostly focus on wrestleling, take downs, and bjj as I am getting too old to get punched in the face. Nonetheless, I don't want joint problems.

    Will also look into sourcing the other items suggested.

    I was originally thinking about doing a test only cycle.

    Also, I am 6ft and have a low body fat index.

    I am 4 weeks in and getting awesome gains in muscle and strength.

    In my experience, the best stack for any sport that involved anaerobic and aerobic endurance is low doses of test and EQ. The primary focus of running gear for MMA isn't the immediate increase in strength and power; it's about increasing your training capacity and reducing recovery time.

    Look to the long-term; both test and EQ will help you recover and EQ will increase your RBC which improved aerobic endurance. The only other AAS I would throw in the mix is Anavar as it will also promote faster recovery, it's mild and it won't cause weight gain.
