    prefer fresh if just eating them..

    but use frozen ones when adding into a protein shake..

    Have to go with frozen easier and you dont have to sift through the bruised ones

    depends on the berry.. strawberries i prefer fresh, blueberries i have noticed the frozen taste better (or actually have taste) the fresh dont really IMO.

    Try putting grapes in the freezer, sick snack for when its hot out.
