    Arrow Xcel Xposed!

    Well - It's very clear from my pictures that I needed to be a LOT harder (leaner, by about 1.5-2% BF). I can argue the lighting was too bright as my trunks are a deep turquoise not baby blue and my skin coloring was akin to a black American - but no excuses, only improvements to come!

    This was my opening pose for the evening show. My music was "Get Ready for This" LOL

    Your skin color is no where near brown so I don't get the reference.

    I was trying to make a comment about how "bright" the lights were. My trunks were "bright" turquoise and I WAS EXTREMELY DARK. I own a commercial grade tanning bed so my base was VERY dark (us Asians tan easily) then one coat of Pro Tan on Friday would have been enough. I put a good coat of Dream Tan on Saturday morning and was VERY DARK.

    I agree my wheels need more size. I'm only doing HIT with 450 pounds for 5 reps - we should expect more for someone that's 50 though

    what were your stats for this show, diet, cycle??

    50! When I'm 50 I hope I look that good. There are 20 year old guys that don't even come close to the condition you are in.

    Yeah i knew you were older, you have the old muscle look like Vince McMahon, no offence or anything. Lots of people would die for your body at 50, and I would hope to look as good as you too at that age.
