No problem. Where in the pec do you inject? How much volume? Needle length?Originally Posted by mikey hulk

Sounds about right. I hit top of pec where inner wall is accessible. 5/8 needle works fine for me. I've pushed as much as 2ml successfully at concentrations no higher than 350mg/ml.Originally Posted by mikey hulk
Have you tried z-track method to see if that helps?
I have tried it but the oil flows out as fast as it goes in it runs up the needle while I push
Scar tissue is not an issue first cycle doing pecs
Have tried on chest day and non work out days
PIN your glute..Fixted ...crazy mike
Too hard for me I do delts and thigh I was just trying to expand my sites think I'll try bicep next anyone have Luck with that?
I don't even look. Find your spot reach back w/one hand, blind stab and push the plunger till it stops. Pull it out and put a tissue on it incase you bleed. No need to watch it. It will go in and it will plunge. As I always say Simple Simons says just stab it. ...crazy mike
I prefer tricep over bicep. Painless and I feel it helps my arms grow a little.Originally Posted by mikey hulk
Pecs seem like they would be pretty tough IMO.
Glutes are pretty easy for me. Delts as well.
Since I'm only 2shots/wk I am just going to stick to a glutes and delts rotation and repeat.
Glute quad lat front delt middle delt pec
Easy to say but I'm a bit of a control freak when it comes to this
I will start doing front delts however
That's odd. That's about the location I use on pecs and I've put 3cc's in per injection. Never had a problem keeping it in. I've done biceps both heads, triceps outer head and long head, front, rear mid delts, glutes, thighs, calves, forearms. Haven't done traps or lats yet but I'm sure I will soon. The only place I won't hit again is calves. That hurt like hell and I couldn't walk for days. Everywhere else is painless.
At 2/wk is not bad but when you do prop then it starts to look like a dart board. Try calves and lats always worked great for me.
