Ok, I'm 100% natural... not even taking over the counter sups, and about to start my first ever cycle at 31 yrs old. I want to keep it simple because I'm not trying to be all fancy and over think shit. I'm gonna run a 12 wk cycle of Test-E, EQ, Anavar. Below i have liated my cycle as well as my diet. my goal is to drop some fat/water, while putting on some quality muscle. may sound counter productive to you guys, but I've been able to do this naturally since I was 18. I'm mot trying to be the next Ronnie Coleman. Just wanna put on a little more than what I do naturally. Right now i eat EVERYTHING (no filter), and i don't do cardio. Below I've attached a pic of me taken today. Ive also attached what my cycle, and diet will look like. Also, cardio will be added 4x/wk. I'm open for any knowledgeable suggestions. Thanks family

Meal 1. 10 oz of Steak - 1 cup oats 2 slices of Ezekiel + 2 tbl of natural peanut butter sugar free jelly med banana
Meal 2
10oz chicken breast grilled
10oz Red Potato or 2 cups white rice
Meal 3
10 oz of chicken breast grilled
1oz almonds (no carb meal just fats)
Meal 4
10 oz lean Turkey ,bison or 95% lean ground beef
60 carbs from Quinoa Pasta or 4 slices ezekiel bread
1 cup of green veggies
Meal 5
8oz oz Chicken or Fish high fat meal
Large Salad 1 table spoon olive oil and red wine vinegar, tomatoes onions cucumbers, half avocado
Meal 6
60 grams of slow digesting protein or 2 cups of Muscle Egg whites
Meal 7
PWO shake. 60g protein shake no carbs
