50 YO in Bay Area looking to try first cycle

    Hi everyone,
I'm a new member here. I'm looking to try my first cycle. Looking for help along the way. I'm 50, 5'10', 169 lbs, 31" waist. I CrossFit 4-5 days a week and run an average of 10-12 miles a week. I eat clean, with a few cheats, supplement with whey and creatine. As hard as I work I have a difficult time putting on muscle and I still have the fat that stays around my middle. My test runs in the upper 200s and my estrogen tends to run high. I have tried the test cream but it didn't seem to have a huge effect.
I'm ready for my hard work to pay off and get bigger.
Looking for all the help I can get. I starting from scratch and don't know where to start looking.

agree, but I will be a tad more concise....

we all want more testosterone, don't we?
but at your age, you may realize solid benefits and improved gains by pushing your test levels to what some would consider optimal for a 21 year old. Requires blood work and semi regular monitoring. Your nuts will shrivel to a prepubescent size, so don't be alarmed. Unless you plan on growing your family via more kids, really no need to take other compounds (like hcg) to try to preserve testicle size. once you have dialed in your new test levels, and have your BP and RBC under control, then it usually takes about two years to fully realize ALL the benefits of TRT. Even bone density will improve, which is probably one of the slower benefits you will realize. During this time, dial in your diet and exercise routines. And you will surprise yourself how quickly you can resculpt your physique.

I think this approach is the prudent way to go. And the healthiest path to follow.

    Good luck!

I want to thank everyone for your feedback. I work on my nutrition everyday, I will check out that section. Thanks for your direction on TRT. At my age I don't plan on having any more kids but small nuts might freak out my gf a little, she is partial to those.
Looking forward to sometime to help me add some bulk up and continue my quest to build a better body.
