Haven't done an intro yet, so I'll do a brief one here to set the table.
55yrs young, been on weekly 1cc Test-C injections since Feb '13. Natural total T tested at 660 prior to starting in Feb, convinced my doc that I wanted more Total T pending testing, the target was ~1000. 1.5cc's weekly till blood tests. First was trough at 750, second was peak at 1290. Dropped to 1cc and have sat there for a few months now. No issues with gyno or backne, some testicle shrinkage but I still have good size. On and off Clomid and Anastrozole over the time. I did blood work on Monday, no results yet.
6'4" 233#, BF 18.9% last week tested with plastic calipers, 3 reads each over 7 sites. Diet is pretty good/clean, working 40/40/20 levels, I'm not a strong eater (yet) but am trending correctly but am still deficient, just need to add more of the same calories to meals. Have been eating clean for 20ish months pretty consistently. BMR 2100, TDEE 3200. Have put on 21# of lean muscle since April, dropping BF down from 30ish%. Mostly powerlifting these days working 5x5 routine with 30min sessions in cardio/elliptical at the end a few times a week. Current 5x5 levels -> squat 235, bench 185, press 115 (bad shoulder = slow but steady progress), row 130, deadlift 285. I'll be adding in more targeted work as well (upper inner chest, forearms, calves, etc). In the gym 4-6 days per week, moving towards 6 as cycle starts. Gym is close by and convenient/open 24hrs, non-foofy place, lots of big weights

Cycle Expectations
My expectations are low, I'm mostly outcome independent knowing that whatever I gain with gear is going to be better than results I would get without. ie I don't really care, run a solid and consistent cycle and I'll be ok knowing that I'll work my ass off in the gym and focus in the kitchen and whatever happens is great. Overall, I desire to continue to add some lean bulk while continue to cut via diet. Stay uninjured and enjoy the time and gains in the gym over the winter and seeing the results as spring hits. I'm trying to go low and slow this round with an eye towards a focused bulking cycle in late summer.

Modified steriod.com novice II 2-4 cycle (steroid dot com / Novice-Steroid-Cycles-II dot php). I've added a short burst of Dianabol at the beginning to kick start some bulk that I'd hope to hang on to.

I read your Cycle Expectations. If what you're looking for is lean bulk I would skip the Dbol (retains TONS of water), Equipose (retains water, not really good $/gains), Winstrol (diet and cardio over 14 weeks will get you lean), Test Prop (why switch esters? If your body's used to the Test Cyp and it's already saturated, just run 600mg Test Cyp for 14 weeks. Keep it simple.

Some part of me wants to run hCG within the cycle, but that seems like a lot of sticks and I'm not sure what levels I might run. I could use the visual benefits on dropping the remaining midsection fat though.
