    Help I hit a plateau.

    I am 41 and have been on TRT for exactly one year and have made tremendous gains until the last few weeks. I work out as hard or harder as I always have, but my body hit a wall. My protocol is 200mg Test C weekly, .015ml Sermorelin daily, 0.5ml Progesterone daily, 2000 mg L-Arganine daily, 5 mg of Cialis daily and 1 mg Arimidex split in 2 doses weekly. I have been what I thought super dialed in for the last 10 months and feeling awesome. I still feel great and am still very strong, but am not getting any stronger or loosing any more body fat.

    I believe anytime you hit a wall it's diet related. When I hit a wall I take a few days off of the gym and eat like a wild man. Give my body and mind a chance to relax and recoop. Then hit it hard again. I always feel better and my body starts improving again.

    My diet is and has always been terrible, I eat any and everything.

    Try some of the BCAA products that are out there. i just started mine in October (pre workout) and have gains in everything. We have an almost identical protocol and I also got back to the gym last year.

    I also upped my protein grams on a daily basis and cut carbs. The BCAA's will help you get more out of what's already stored in your body.

    What's your E2 level on that much adex?

    I don't remember exactly what it was last time, but I do remember everything was in range.

    If you're healthy and your issues are not health related, I would strongly suggest watching these vids and following this routine. Then, go read marcus' diary in the lounge. You will gain strength and size...guaranteed.
