I'm 18, going on 19 soon and I'm looking at possibly using anabolics sometime in the future, probably when I'm in my late twenties or even later (pretty much whenever I get out of the army in which I'm currently enlisting in). I've done a lot of extensive research in my own time, but any further advice, tips, or suggestions for me to note would be great. I've been liftng for 4 years, so I'm not new to that aspect. Also been utilizing the IIFYM diet with the intermittent fasting style for about a year now. Any other info needed for more accurate suggestions, just ask. Thank you
