How much does extra 20mg test cyp raise total t usually?

I am 26 my blood was first drawn before first shot and was 321 on a scale of 350-1100 I think, got .5cc of 200mg test cyp and went back week later and total t was 328 so only raised 7 points, doctor raised me to .6 so 120mg weekly and no more blood work or anything for 12 Weeks. What can I expect from the additional 20mg weekly? Should it have been upped to 130 or even 140mg weekly? I am self injecting every Tuesday now

2 months before starting trt total t was 241 on a scale from 328-1197, had to Wait 2 months for appointment at urologist and that's when it was 321 on a scale of 350-1100

Your doctor never should've checked your test levels after 1 test shot.
Because of testosterone cypionate's half life you should have checked your levels after no less than 6 weekly injections.
(Your test level would've steadily risen after each additional shot.)
The fact that your doctor raised your dose after one week shows that he doesn't fully understand the medication he is prescribing.

And to answer your original question, going from 100mg/week to 120mg/week is a 20% increase and your test levels will increase approximately 20%.

He raised me because I got really extra tired after 5th day after 1st shot, but I'm 5 shots in and have had no difference other than decreased libido probably

Hence the need to split your dose into twice weekly shots. But as stated, you need to be patient. It can take months to feel better but do not give up, you'll get there. Take a look in the Finding A Doc sticky at the top of this thread and get the second set of BW in a week or so. Many people fail with TRT as they give up to quickly. Don't be one of them. Physically you did not get in this condition overnight and it won't be resolved in a few weeks either.

He is supposed to be pretty good I read and is on trt hisself but I thought also more b/w was needed. And he did test levels on 7th day after first shot right before the 2nd and it had rose 7 points to 328

Not to be a jerk ...but your doc is clueless to TRT & by the moves that he's making (protocol changes), he's gonna have your levels bouncing all over the place & make it very difficult to get dialed in. Since he's willing to treat you...maybe you can work together with him & in a very subtle manner, try to educate him on proper treatment. Could be a really good thing!

There is no way to tell if the 100 mg was enough, since you had a mixture of natural test and a bit of synthetic that had not built up in your bloodstream yet.
With a half-life of around 7 days, it will take about 6 weeks before your bloodwork accurately reflects the effects of the T injections.

But if Im still tired and feel like crap almost on 6th shot something is off right? Either to low of dose or maybe covering to estrogen right? Literally no change at all in anything and surely I'm higher than original 321 by now

Only bloodwork will tell. Don't change anything until you've got new results and make sure E2 sensitive is tested. Also, have you had a full panel of bloodwork done to look at other possible causes for how you feel? Specifically a thyroid panel? Low thyroid function mimics same symptoms as low T and the two are often related.

Yes everything came back normal except for low t

Do you have any results you can post? Some of the guys on here are really good at reading results and often find problems that doctors overlook. Its worth a shot.

Results are on lab calls website however they didn't tell me my patient id number and login so I can view, I will try to find out tomorrow
