I'm just over three weeks into a twelve week cycle.
Stats
Age: 25
Weight: 210
Bf: ~12-15%
Calories as of right now 3200 a day with a 40-40-20 macro split
Plan on steadily increasing calories as weight goes up. Any advice on diet while on cycle will be greatly appreciated.
Week 1-4: 50mg dbol split into two doses throughout the day
Week 1-12: 250mg test E every three days
Pct is a test stasis taper with 100mg for six to eight weeks then 80, 60, 40, 20.
I have aromisin and nolvadex on hand for any sides (haven't experienced anything but night sweats so far.)
Results as of today I'm up ten pounds since I started and my strength is steadily increasing in the gym.
Bench from 225-240
Squat from 315-335
Deadlift from 400-435 (good form too!)
From everything I have heard I should be experiencing much more from the dbol while the test builds up in my system. Are these results typical or am I doing something wrong???
I don't really feel any different in the gym besides the steady increase in strength.
I would hate to assume that the stuff isn't good quality so I want to make sure I'm not doing anything to hinder results before I blame the gear. Or maybe this is what is supposed to happen lol.
My training split is upper/lower Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. I know about proper lifting and progression, but maybe I'm expecting too much. Are steady gains to be expected or should my strength be shooting through the roof like crazy?
And also when would be a good time to increase calories? I am trying to keep this as lean as possible. Is that a bad idea for this type of cycle??
