How much saturated fat need to eat minimum?

    Hi
How many grams of saturated fat do we need to eat minimum a day so that our hormones function optimally?

Is the amount different for different bodyweights?

You can easily calculate your TDEE and what your fat intake should be.

I m talking about saturated fat not total fat.
Edit: it's very important to get the saturated fat and i dont get much of it in my diet (ex 1-3g) max on some days.

How much is the minimum ?

your body has a requirement for essential fatty acids, all of which I believe can be derived from plant/unsaturated fats.

I do NOT believe your body requires saturated fats. Unfortunately, if you eat meat, you cannot avoid saturated fats.

if you were to somehow get all your daily oil from unsaturated fats, I'm thinking you would be ok.
