I keep Nov on hand for all my cycles as I am somewhat gyno prone. I only take it once there is a consistent lump.....sometimes the gland can just be swollen ... everyone reacts different to aas sooooo, its imperative you get in tune with your body. This is another reason why tes only cycles are highly touted here, it helps reduce the amount of sides you may experience.

Just wanted to know what would happen if used them during cycle, would i not gain as much because i heard that happens to some people, or it would help to block water retention, things like that i wanted to find out.

Nolvadex or ralox are used in cycle in case of gyno problems , beside the anastrozole

Nov can be used quite effectively on cycle when gyno pops up. Upping your AI at that point will tank your e2. There are other seems that can be used but I have used Nov on cycle twice to combat gyno and it has proven effective for me.
