    Bulking diet

Hello everyone, I wanted to get some opinions on what you think of my new diet plan. I'm 23, 6 foot, 175 lbs and approximately 10% bf. I have been training for 5 years, the first 3 was mostly cardio and army workouts and been in the gym the last 2. My diet has never been that great but I'm hoping to change that. Work definitely makes it hard and I have an extremely demanding and active job. I'm naturally skinny and have a super fast metabolism as well. Let me know what you think or have any Questions. Thanks!!

that doesn't look like 4155 calories to me (it looks low), are you sure the math is right?

Like it should be more than 4155? I put it in my fitness tracker app and that's what I got, everything looks about right in there.

ok. i eat more volume, but must be lower cals. i have the same target calorie goal. my macros are a bit different (check "lean bulk diet..." a few threads down).

    you might want to add a pre-bed casein shake - i do 2 scoops + pineapple (anti-inflammatory) + milk.

Yea I try to eat more calorie dense foods so I can get all my calories in every day without eating an outrageous amount. I don't have time to fit 6+ meals in every day let alone prep for it. I'll have to do that though, maybe I'll do 1 scoop whey and 1 scoop casein in my post workout shake since I drink that like an hour before bed anyway. Thanks bro!
