I am 183 cm at 188 lbs currently trying to get ready for summer body and losing fats around midsection i am following starting strength when i am training with weights i go for 2398 calories of 216g protein, 235g carbs, 66g fats
when i am doing low intensity cardio i go for 2150 calories of 235g protein, 188g carbs, 50g fats is this okay or high or low ?
