I have seen on the internet people saying that eating soy among other things can increase estrogen while on cycle, if so then my powder usual ON powder is no good because it has soy in it

Any protein powder made in a GMP certified facility that doesn't use nitrogen spiking ingredients is fine.
Try aim for pure whey straight after a workout and a micellar caesin based protein and hour before bed

lol bro science?? no my friend it is science. and common sense if youre frequent in the gym. and what factors might those be? protein is protein either way but the speed at which is digested and absorbed into the system can be very different. and this is not what this thread is for anyway. op like stated above if you are on cycle and running an ai like you should you will be fine no need to worry about the estrogen caused by soy that is highly debated anyhow

Does soy really cause more estrogen while on cycle?
No. And if you're taking an AI while on cycle like you probably need to it should be even less of a worry
I genuinely believe that any company with enough money to mass-advertise their product has enough money to make a quality powdered-milk extract...
Seriously, I get my whey powder from Wal-Mart. There's a specialized supplement store near my gym that sells a "better protein" for 10 dollars more.
Guess which one I bought? lol.
I'm also a Wal-Mart employee, so I get discounts for that.
Does not matter.
Anyway, I would not use soy protein.
