what do labs replace fake orals with?

Could by any number of things. It is not like shady abs have an agreed upon ingredient to use when they fake certain orals. Some use less expensive AAS, cheaper stimulants, etc.

Caffeine, Yohimbine, Chalk, your guess is as good as mine. I would assert that most aren't trying to deliberately harm you, just trying to get your money. Kind of like recreational drugs, you never really know whats in it.

Some use a protein powder condensed, others god knows what. I have used orals fairly continuesly without much success, I'm sure I'll end up with ass cancer eventually

They'll either just use the regular fillers and not add any active ingredient, or just add a cheaper (yet similar) active ingredient.

Anavar is one of the most faked oral out there. I believe they take either halo or winny and sell it as var.

Most fake oral AAS will be dbol. Dbol powder is very cheap, so you still get a steroid effect, just perhaps not the one you wanted.
Clen isn't faked that often but if it were then sure, I guess maybe a generic NoDoze pill or something like that is probably all it would be.
