    T3 vets

Is there anyway to actually know how many extra calories per day your burning when on say, 100mcg T3 ?

Or anyway to know how much it increases your metabolism?

Well if the body natural produces 25mcg a day and u do 100mcg a day 3× the natural production I would like?!

BTW I did 100mcg for about a month and all I wanted to do was eat junk food. I think of myself as a very willpower strong person but on 100mcg of t3 my body didn't want anything to do with plain chicken and broccoli. I wanted Chinese food, pizza, burgers and fries. Anything with high density calories. 65mcg was a good range for me. Anything about that my will power went out the window. My body just didn't want to "clean" food.

Depends on the person, some might produce upwards of 50 mcg a day. My script dose is even higher than that. In the past I have tried high t3 doses and I lose less weight because of appetite issues.
Really no way of knowing an answer to that.

Out of curiosity what do you get script dosing for?

There's no overly accurate way. I personally only take T3 on cycle. Having said that, I don't even factor in the T3 into my diet at all. The reason I don't is because I never diet to the extreme. You won't see much a thousand calories under my TDEE another words. Since I'm on cycle and am in an anabolic state and not in a severe deficit then a few hundred extra calories being burned from the T3 won't do anything but help me because it won't put me so far below my TDEE that I lose muscle. Assuming it even adds that much to my TDEE.

    Not really.

Ok say your using 50mcg a day ok and you eat the exact same thing every day and i mean every single thing counted and weighed you have a number of cals you were eating each day and cardio and you stall on weight lose. So now you would know how much cals that 50mcg of t3 was burning so you could bump it up a tad to burn that bit more fat.
