    10 Week cycle of 400mg Tren E and 100mg Test E

    Hello guys,

    coming straight to the point I am 5'11'' Tall, weigh 200lbs and training since 4 years. I have done 2 cycles in past both Test E and Dianabol.

    I am reading about trenbolone since last 2 months and I want to do a cycle to trenbolone as it gives good gains and drop body fat if we keep the diet clean and do nice intensive workouts.

    I am planning of doing 10 weeks cycle like this
    Week 1-3 200mg Tren E EW + 100mg Test E EW + 50mcg T3 ED
    Week 4-7 400mg Tren E EW + 100mg Test E EW + 50mcg T3 ED
    Week 7-10 600mg Tren E EW + 100mg Test E EW + 50mcg T3 ED
    (Total 4000mg Tren E and 1000mg Test E)
    Then PCT

    I am keeping test this low because I know I have more than recommended BF% (18-20%) so if I run too much test, I will have estrogen issues. Now with only 100mg Test, I dont need to monitor estrogen that closely, I just need to control prolactin. Dostinex 0.25-0.5mg twice a week will do the job.

    Working out 6 days a week
    1 muscle daily till failure + 20-40minutes cardio (Tren will mess up with cardio so I will do up to the intensity that my body allows me to)

    Diet
    I am thinking of doing 2000 cals a day mostly from proteins and carbs (I have read everywhere that carbs are good on tren)

    Will this type of setup help me lose body fat while retaining the muscle or even gaining a bit if possible.
    Please advice guys. I want to lose at least 5% body fat or more if possible
    How much this cycle will help me
    What is a better alternative (I have 17.7 Inch arms I dont want to lose them )

    I would wait until a couple more cycles before touching tren, maybe try a deca cycle now? I would also try to get your bodyfat down a bit more before starting (if you read my log below it will sound hypocritical because i started at high bodyfat but i didnt know at the time that cycling at high bodyfat greatly increases your chance of sides)

    If you insist with tren. pick a doseage and stick with it through the full cycle, and because your using tren e which takes a few weeks to clear your body, how do you know how your going to react? Pick a low dose.
    Dont go up to 600mg man thats completley crazy for a first tren cycle
    Id personaly prefer a more test than 100mg as well.

    Diet will dictate your cycle outcome.

    mk677 is a lot safer alternative for loosing fat. No sides, Actually healthy for cholestrol. Run with test and diett/cardio and you could do fine. Tren is the worst steroid there is when it comes to sides. You sure you wanna do this?
    And tren is not better for melting fat than other steroids.

    Ok friend I understand I should not start any cycle yet till I dont get below 15% body fat.
    I will go without gear then. What should be my strategy for losing that 5% fat?
    How much time will it take? Like for 200lbs, 5% is just 10lbs
    Ideally, I can lose 1lb per week. Some say 2lb per week can also be done.
    this means it should take 5-10 weeks for losing that.

    I am a vegetarian and I have tried hard to go on a keto diet but vegetarian diet is too difficult to do keto. So keto cannot be an option.
    We cant get enough high quality proteins from vegetarian diet. (Should I rely on protein powders?)
    How much calories should I consume (Are 2000 enough)

    10lb in 10 weeks is a good target rate of loss to aim for, I find losing too much too quickly isn't very effective at targeting only fat. At 200lb, 2000 calories doesn't sound like enough. On my last cut, at 185lb I was losing 1lb per week at 2500 but, of course, this will be dependent on your activity levels throughout the week (job, sport etc). It's tempting to go for a large deficit in the beginning because you see immediate results, but you should really try to go slow and steady and adjust your calories to get the rate of fat loss you are aiming for. Stripping muscle because of a deficit that is too high is no good for anyone. From 20% to 15% shouldn't be too challenging for someone who trains regularly.

    If it were me, I'd aim for 15lb simply because when I finish cutting I tend to get a rebound effect and gain a small amount of fat.

    You should really get at least 5 cycles under your belt before you run Tren. Tren's pretty harsh stuff. My experience with Tren is that it made me look lean, tight, and makes me stronger than a horse. The down side is I experienced anorgasmia (inability to orgasm) and I'm losing my freaking hair! I've run multiple Test cycles with zero negative hair effect. I run Tren twice and my hair is falling out. You should think about this before you run Tren.
