bunk thais?

just woundering if this is a good thing. i got some thais and i put one in my mouth and it started breaking up in my mouth 5-10 seconds. is that a good thing or a bad thing? its not for me but for a friend? thanks

The second half of my last batch broke up real easy as well, but they got almost sponge-like. They lacked the familiar sweet taste too, so I think they were bunk. Real thais have that sweet or mediciny taste Dizzle asked about.
