I'm like freaking out because i just cut 40 pounds in 9 months, (Alot lost from anxiety) I was 210 and now i'm 170, lean, cut up and i don't want to ruin what i've worked hard for. I just started bulking again at 3,400 calories. My diet is very clean. I am also currently doing GHRP-2 100mcg x2 daily. Any advice to avoid fat gain while using this medication, should i do more cardio?
I'm on a beta blocker (carvedilol) in addition to some other meds for my heart, but about all I can offer is to keep your eye on the scales and the mirror. If you start seeing things you don't like, tweak your diet. Also, if you start noticing you're feeling more tired than usual or feel as if you are short on air, make a note of it and mention it to your PCP.
Try not to stress about it too much. Being overly nervous can cause you to overeat just as easy as it can cause you to miss meals.

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
