Balled up.

So got two slots that balled up on me. Do they ever completely go away? And how long till I can stick in the same spot? Thanks

It happens sometimes. Normally, you should back to normal in a few days. When my PIP site get red and swollen it might take up to a week for it to calm down. I normally rotate pins all over my body. Chest, hips, glutes, thighs and shoulders.

Well both spots have gone down one is smaller than the other but one has only had a week since the othe has had two weeks. I wondering if they will go away at all and if not if I should even try that area again
