newbie 35 year old male on first cycle

A little background. I'm a 35 year old male, 160 lbs, feeling lethargic, losing hair and losing sex drive. Also lots of fat around chest and belly even though I try to work out a lot. Today my doctor prescribed me with a one month stack. Below is my blood work and prescription. I obviously I want more energy, sex drive and muscle/fat loss. But really want to avoid any gyno, water retention, and most importantly any long term issues from a 1 month test.

I'm going to be dead honest, and let you know that I really don't know much about terminology and meds. Lots of my friends go to this doctor and recommended him when I told them about all my symptoms.

Doctor explained that we will stack the 4 meds (test, clomid, anastrazole, HCG) for a month to increase testosterone, while maintaining fertility, then month 2, we would replace the test with a natural test booster and increase the HCG. After 2 months we would do more blood tests and make decisions from there.

I've been trying to research all day, but I can't seem to find an explanation on this methodology. Seems like Clomid and HCG and usually for Post Cycle. Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much guys!

    Bloodwork 12-2-16:
    SHBG (10-50): 38
    Testosterone (250-827): 560
    Estrogen (60-190): 211.9
    Estradial (<=39): 38
    IGF-I (53-331): 157
    Vitamin D (30-100): 38
    DHEA (106-464): 206
    FSH (1.6-8): 4.1
    LH (1.5-9.3): 3

    Prescription
    Sustanon: 250mg x 3 days a week
    HCG: 1000iu x 3 days a week
    Clomid: 50mg x 3 days a week
    Anastrazole: 1mg x 2 days a week

Doc prescirbed you sus 3 days week sus to boost levels?
Without a free test result? Judging by the relatively high shbg, might be low though.
    Lifestyle number one factor (diet,toxins,sleep,alcohol).
Your test isnt actually too bad ,especially for a 35 year old man.
Clomid and hcg ,especially hcg are to maintain testicular function while an outside sourse of test is administered.
Start supplementing with Vitamin D .Been known to raise free test .
Boron as well, as well as nettle root. Your doc is doing it backwards.
    Hows your zinc intake?

Please repost this in the HRT section. Your dr is an idiot from how you explain it. Injecting testosterone will shut down your natural production not increase it in a month or 2 time.

Welcome to the forum, Halfasian! I don't understand the reasoning behind your doctors treatment regimen. Like Back in Black just commented, exogenous Testosterone will shut down your natural Testosterone production. And based on you blood work, your natural Test is good. I really hope that the doc isn't shutting down your natural test production so he can get him a new TRT patient for life! I don't know what else he could be trying to do. Two months after you have completed the docs "stack". Your Test levels will be tanked. Good luck man.
