Cutting progress pics - 1st month

    Hello.

I want to share my progress after the first month of cutting.

Hipocal. Diet + Cardio (every day: 30 min in the morning (160-170bpm, around the 7 on a scale from 1-10) + 15-20 min cardio HIIT in the evening 15 sec on - 15 sec off ) + T3/albuterol cycle (just finished it). My max T3/albuterol cycle was between the 2nd and the 3rd week. - and here I can see a little difference (between the 2nd and the 3rd pic)

A feedback please? Despite the fact that I've lost around 7kg (from which, I think that half -3-3.5kg - is fat), I don't see something WOW in this progress. My target is <10% body fat (to get lean). How many months do you think I need?

    Any opinions?

    This ^^^
not enough info to give any constructive feedback.
Add weightlifting to your routine, it is invaluable when it comes to any body transformation. Your fat loss will be more apparent because things will be held up and not all saggy. Use your free consultation and tell them to set you up with a cookie cutter program (you want a better program, but you also do not want to use that as an excuse not to start right away).

Plenty of info to give advice.
    You have zero muscle.
You dont take t3 without aas because it will deplete muscle you dont have to lose as well as fat.

Why do you wish to get to 10%!?

    You will blow away!
I advise you tie some dumbells to your ankles and hold on for dear life if you continue this, "cut".

You need to start lifting weights because it is one of the best ways to reduce bf, forget taking t3 its not going to do you any good. If this isn't a joke thread you got some balls posting those pics sir!

Start lifting weights and stop taking t3
