    Wrong info dude. He is not banned. He still visits AR every once and a while.

    If you'd like to know why he doesn't hang around here anymore, I'm sure he'd be happy to talk to you on whatever board he's on now.

    Hes over here quite often and never been banned!!!

    He stays over at anabolic freaks most of the time. He has some great knowledge about gear!

    Ok, I mis-spoke. I remembered reading a thread a while back and he wasn't allowed to log onto this board using his name/password. He came on as a new user name and was complaining about it.

    I apologize.

    And yes, he has ALOT of knowledge and advice on gear. He was one of my favorites when I first came on here.

    And no, we did not ban Kev nor are we aware of any confirmed reason that he should be - he moved on to another great board - while I had to swat my little brother for a nasty temper at times - he is a serious follower of the iron and he dedicated a lot of time and effort to AR and its members and we do appreciate it and he is welcome here whenever he wants - as long as he behaves

    Bigkev with a temper??!! I am very glad that I have always been nice to him. Shiat, just saw my life flash before my eyes just for imagining what that big mofo could do to me. I do still use his workout to date! Made a few modifications to it, but been using it for well over a year! Thanks BK!

    Your arm in the avatar is from another world!!! That is crazy big.... I think that your arm is from a cover off of Musclemag and makes mine look like Men's Health (maybe even Runner's world.....OK, it makes me look like a cover Oxygen!)HAHAHAHAHA!
