I havent been able to log onto my Cyberrights account for almost 3 weeks now. I have emailed their support like 20 times now and have got no reply on what the problem is. Now what? I need to contact my source and I cant. Any suggestions?

How long did your account remain dormant for. If it was a free account they shut it down after a few weeks of in-activity.

I am on it atleast once a week. But i guess they should have a message stating that it is. And also why havent they responded to my emails?

I have no clue, but I have had the same problem before with hushmail...I had to just get a new name, but i had all my shit and just let every one know my new name and what happened(every one important) if u know what i mean.......good luck.....

I went to the library and used their computer and I was able to get on. It must be my PC? I tried to delete the cookies and files on mine but it still didnt work.

I can get to the page that asks for your passphrase. But when I type the passphrase in, it locks up and won't go any further.
Oh wait, now after the third time it worked.

I would try signing up with a different service like ziplip or some of the other ones out there, Doc.
