I hate quad shots...I get the jimmy leg happening. I guess I'm just going to have to do less amounts and more spot injections more often (including quads).

Well...I should have.
It didn't hurt...I could feel a bit of lump (that has now gone down)...but I think I was moving the needle too much. 3 CC's took me a long time...even with a 22G. I usually use 25G for everything now...but I thought I would use 22G to make things go quicker. Still took a while.

Hmmm...it's definitely getting worse. It doesn't hurt and the bruising is about the same...but it seems to have a large lump under it now. WTF?

I shoot 3 cc every time. I discovered this technique, which helped me stabilize the pin when I shoot glutes:
Let say I shoot left glute.
I stick the pin with my left hand.
Then I reach the pin with my right hand behind the back - knuckles pushing against the ass and hold the pin between my index and middle fingers.
When I push or aspirate with my left hand -- the right hand is in a very stable and comfortable position and holds the pin steady even if my left hand starts shivering or moving
Works great for me - I can take as long as I want to push the oil in, the needle inside isn't moving at all.

I have never had a lump before...think it's oil? Swelling? Combo? I'm going to wait a few days to see if it goes down...if it does not go down by the weekend (or if it gets worse or painful) I'll go and see my doctor.
