sorry bro, i meant to answer your question:
In order to get those types of effects though, you need to be taking between 6 and 18 grams a day of L-arginine. I hope that helps.Quoted from www.SupplementProfiles.com, coming soon
L-Arginine increases vasodilation. (Increased blood flow) This is helping men with erectile problems and is being used in most over the counter male stimulants. This is because L-Arginine helps relax blood vessels and helps keep arteries flexible and boost blood flow. (a higher sperm count may also be noticed)
This also may have a direct effect on cardio vascular disease. L-Arginine increases NO, (Nitric Oxide) which has shown to reverse arterial plaque.
probably a crock of shit......try it and tell us how it works.
bump anyone else I think Ill just pick up a bottle and see for myself
PTbyJason, you de man!
From personal experience. I used TRACK, a creatine supplement two years ago. It had high dosages of arginine. Now everytime I went to piss or even looked down, my dick was half flacid and half pumped, just chillin. That lasted for about two weeks, then the effects seemed to dull a bit. So I vouch for the erectile thing.
Doc
it helps to push nuts in to the muscle. It is often used in penis pills. Using it has really helped me alot. I take around 15 grams a day 5 in my trac by mhp and the rest thought out the day. Hoping it will help to push all the crap i am taking into my muscle and help circulate the blood around my body
thanks for the info
