It's on the main page, http://www.anabolicreview.com/intro.php click on the Days and there is a diet for everyday of the week.
Honestly I think most people may use that diet as a guide, but not necessarily as the gospel. It only has around 2800 kcals which is a lot but IMO most ppl want around 4-5000 a day. Like for instance, I personally would replace 1 of the myoplex drinks with 1 serv of weight gainer which is around 2500 cal.
