6-OXO is a dietary supplement that, as far as I know, has very little studies done on it - but lots of marketing information.

Others may be able to help you further. My guess is, I would not count on 6-OXO being of much help as an effective anti-e.

Not enough research has been done on this supplement. And none on AAS users. Therefore, I would not rely on 6-OXO for anti-e purposes alone.

It has been concluded in very few studies that 6-OXO can and does reduce estrogen in normal males not taking AAS, thus reducing water retention.

I only use 6OXO for PH cycles and not AAS. You will need real anti-E for AAS!
