Deca, spot or not

I've heard rumors from some of my buddies and other sources that deca can be spot injected. is this true, because outside of a very few sources i've never heard anything of the such?

Not true. There is no benefit in spot injecting any esterfied coumpound as far as muscle growth in that area is concerned.

I still like spot injecting for local growth...even if people say it only stretchs the fascia. I have done spot injections and I seem to have growth there...it goes against "theories"...but I know what works for me and my friends. It isn't just the oil in there either...I noticed gains a lot faster from spot injected. Just my .02
