Presently using protein whey, creatine, glutamine, and flax seed oil. I'm not sure when I should be taking everything. My present program looks like this:
Cardio in the morning
Protein shake w/carbs/flax seed oil for breakfast
Mid-Morning Protein shake
5mg Creatine before workout
Workout
5mg Creatine immediately after workout
Protein shake w/ 5mg glutamine postworkout meal (around 30 min. later)
5mg glutamine at bedtime
Is this okay? Ater reading some threads in this forum, I'm not so sure! Can somebody please help!!
My goals are to gain lean muscle mass
