    My next cycle.........

    It's been a year since my last one, and it's that time again !! I couldn't wait to start shooting up ! Flame me too bad and I'll have FI ban you !

    Started Sunday, October 12th.
    Estimated finish date : Saturday January 17th

    d-bol 1-4 37.5 mg's day (loeffler ref-b)
    test e 1 - 12 250 mg's every 3rd day (QV enan 250)
    fina 7 - 14 75 mg's ED (home brew)
    winny 9 - 14 100 mg's EOD / 50 mg's ED (TT stan 100)

    nolva 10 mg's ED - PCT **
    clomid PCT
    liquidex .5 ED *


    I went with Every 3rd day on the Test because I like to keep everything more constant than just 2 shots a week (mon / thurs, etc..). Last cycle I went every 4th day only 200 mg's. I wanted everything to be even. It's all laid out on my calendar that I printed out. I will run through 3 bottles (30 cc's) of test.

    * Liquidex has yet to arrive after 1 1/2 weeks from LS.
    ** If L-dex doesn't arrive, I will order from someone else and possibly up the Nolva to 20 mg's / day.

    Areas to work on : everything. It's been a few months since I've touched a weight, so before starting this cycle, I hit the Circuit Training EOD with cardio in between for a few weeks. That seemed to get everything ready to go and back into shape. I can never get my chest like most guys, so I'll live with that. Abdominal / Core area is my major attack area. I'm gonna have the strongest abs / low back on here in 4 months - just watch. My collar bones will disappear a little bit once I start packing on some muscle. I tend to cut up a little more as I bulk up - as you can see by my body type.

    Strength is about 80 % of what I was working out with last year - which is a good sign pre-cycle. Well, I say that for the upper body stuff. I have yet to hit my legs hard (squats), so we'll see.

    I took 2 seperate top and bottom shots and combined them all onto 1 big picture. Pictures were taken October 6th

    Key you look alot different then you post cycle picture from last year (less vascular and a little loss on the shoulders). Did you slow down the lifting? This is NOT a flame, Im just wondering.

    I don't lift very hard staring in April, therefore I lose a lot of my muscle. I don't have time nor the energy. Shoulder's are the first to go, along with my legs.

    I'm still vascular, that's just a bad shot.

    I don't think I posted any photos last year. The one's that are on this site are 2 years old.

    I would up the D-bol just because Loeffer is way underdosed. There 25mg pills are more around 13 mg in reality. I would take in that case 2 to 3 a day for the same effect as a good d-bol pill.

    Cycle looks real good......... Are you going to run only Clomid for PCT? I like Clomid/Nolva..... Good luck!

    That could mean "up to PCT"....... and then you have clomid PCT

    That's why I asked.....

    when you write week 1-10, you don't mean weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 , 6, 7, 8, 9 do you ??? you mean through 10

    I like it too. It is almost what I will be running. Except I don't have dbol and I have an ass load of eq. You got the body type to get ripped. I'd like to see the neighbor...

    The only thing I would do is up the nolva to 20mg durring PCT.

    I like the idea of keeping everything even too. Why go with a Mon/Thurs split when it's just as easy to go every 3 or four days? I started mine two weeks ago with this idea, but I'm doing 250mg every 4 days (a little lower dose approach I'm trying). Good luck with the cycle bro.

    I got the batch you talking about. Underdosed and underfilled. Looks like shit. For their sake lets hope qv improves for the rep the next time around. Key where's the neighbor?

    For some reason its only their enanthate. Their cyp is bad ass. I was taking 500 mg of enanthate a week for 10 weeks and I barely got any gains at all. Their cyp is a totally different story. I took 500mg a week of cyp on an 8 week cycle and got awesome results. Qv enanthate also had a very high BA content and it always left knots.

    just a small update

    still 6'2" , but up to 220 lbs now. strength is increasing with each day. added a little fat around the waistline, but that doesn't bother me enough just yet.

    Damn, what a difference... you seem to know how to get your money's worth on a cycle... its before and after pictures like that, that makes people want to get on steroids to begin with. I need to get my before and after pics up soon too, I aint all that yet still in the middle of my cycle but similar pronounced differnce between now and before.

    either the first picture you posted was a bad shot, or it looks like you made a hell of improvment to this second picture. Good job.

    Its when you see results like that, that is when you all the time and dedication you put into this sport is paying off.

    I would love to start my cycle now, but I have to wait till the holidays are over with, I will party way to much.


    anyways, good job, keep up the good work. can't wait to see that final pic.
