Not any infection but Ive seen some mean welps and bruises when the stuff isnt filtered right.

Grant what kind of kit are you using?? The kits I use you'll have no pain, so you can spot inject.
I've made many kits, both for me and friends and they, nor I have ever had any pain from the injects..

I think I add to much BA..its my own fault

It doesn't become infected, but the kits use alot of BA. This keeps it clean and painful. Yes, painful. Reduce the BA and you don't have a problem.
