So after the dawgs/gators game, we go back to tailgate some more and drink a few....well I'm talkin to this guy @55 yrs. old or so(his wife is 20 yrs. younger than him) and were talkin about the condition of some of the players and his wife says u must workout with the team cause u look buff as hell ( )....and my wife gets mad about it....what's up with that...hell she's the one that gets to go home with me and enjoy what I work so hard to build....she should fill proud that others think her man is buff.........hell I am. hehe

Well it could be a number of things that triggered her reaction. You said the other woman paid you a complement, all good, but not in front of your wife without some sort of warning, bad. Was the woman who paid the complement brushing back her hair or any other preening signals? Preening is a body language signal that you are trying to look good towards the person you are talking to. Body langue is something everyone picks up on weather or not they know anything about it……….that’s why it’s called body language. Second is the complement was made in front of her and others. Had this woman stated that you are a good looking man while they were in the rest room I’m sure you’re wife would have said thank you and mentioned that it was nice having a husband that took care of himself and nothing more would have been made of it. In fact she might have come out and mentioned it to you. With her stating the fact in the open without warning gave her no time to adjust or cover her reaction. Women, for the most part, are distrustful of other women………….they know all to well how hard it is to find and keep a good man so their not going to let another ruin what they found.

Word to my brothers…………if you’re talking to a woman (one you like but haven’t asked out) and she brushes back her hair or straightens her clothes and like things it’s a clear signal (preening) she is attracted to you……………don’t wait another minute………….ask her out. Also look at where her feet are pointing (standing or sitting). If they are both pointed towards you it means she’s interested in listening to you. Pointing away from you means she’s looking to leave first chance she gets. Any person you are talking to (man or woman) has crossed arms just end the conversation……………..they are closed and really could care less what you have to say…………….remember when you had an argument with your wife or girlfriend and she crossed her arms………….you might as well argue with a tree………..she could care less whatever the reason or excuse you are offering at that time. Uncrossed arms (legs as well) and palms facing you means she is open to what you have to say and will give you the benefit of the doubt. Learn to read body language bro’s……………..a woman’s body language says volumes more than words will ever do.
