    Best BCAA?

    which is the best BCAA? im tryin to find them and i cant find any info on opinions of the best. plz let me know asap.. thanks fellas

    There isn't really a "best" amino acid. Your body needs all of them. Essential amino acids are the most important however, because they are not produced by your body.

    I prefer Beverly's Glutamine Select. A combo of 5 g glut and 3 g BCAAs. Beverly is an outstanding company. They also have straight BCAA caps.

    Universal's is not too bad...mix it up with some protein...
