These are aprox 12 weeks in to my long cycle. Obviously bulking. 210 lbs. Chest around 51", arms hitting over 18 1/2 " pumped. I'll throw in a pic from April after 7 years of no training, where I was 192 and my 36 jeans were tight. Now I'm getting into 34"s but a little snug but I'm 18 lbs heavier.
