Not going overboard and not taking any 17aa's so I'm okay. I'll try to drink a lot of water before I go to bed but I will allow myself to catch a buzz.

Milk thistle is a supplement that promotes liver health. Anyway does water honey do the same thing?

i.e. a chemical structure of some steroids that are harmful to the liver. However, they are known to be harmful, but I have not seen any info as to how harmful they really are.
    17aa's:
    winny
    dbol
    anadrol
    anavar
Might have forgotten a few but you get the idea.

i barely do,like 4 drinks a month actually. but im 23 so it kinda sucks for meeting women, yeah its such a waste of money, and its counter productive to how much i kick my ass in the gym to go and drink on the weekends. i just wished women would see that lol oh well

im gonna get plastered! im in my 2nd week of a bulker and i dont give a crap! i dont train to compete in BB shows so whats the big deal i say....i try not to take anything too seriousely in life even an aas cycle. i still look better then %90 of the people at my gym, and im out to have fun!

i take aas to have fun! its fun for me to see my body change so rapidly. its fun for me to be able to sculpt my body. working out is fun w/o aas, but its funner with it! going out with my bros is fun w/o alcohol but its funner with it! have fun and dont take anything too seriousely.

Some of us like competing and you say you look better the 90% of the people at your gym... Some of us like being the 10% that you don't... Hey what can I say? We think it's funner

    point taken.

i said i dont compete in BB shows though.......i do however compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. so my main concern is being able to fight and kick ass, not just look like i could, and one night of drinking will not make or break my current cycle.

That's cool man... and I agree with you... one night isn't going to kill you... well you could get alcohol poison but thats a worst case scenario... I'm just stateing the fact that I'm not taking things too seriously by not drinking... and thats cool about the jiu jitsu too... But i dunno what you were trying to get at by saying "Not just looking like i can fight" a lot of the ppl on here including myself are into fighting sports... with myself it's kickboxing... So maybe there are some big guys out there that don't know how too fight... but a lot of the guys here do... and i'd say the majority of the bigger bodybuilders in the world can handle themselves too So i just hope you weren't implying that just because we choose bodybuilding as our number one sport that it doesn't mean that we can't handle ourselves.

naw bro that wasnt meant to put anyone down at all. i got a lotta respect for pro body builders. they have a level of discipline that i will never know. however my personal goals fall in a different category then them. and i was wrong by implying that pro body builders get that huge to look like they could kick ass, or to intimidate people. body building is an art of sculpting and shapeing your body and its a beautifull art!

that comment was more directed to myself and my old way of thinking, when my only goal was to look scary. after a lot of growing up and being humbled by getting my ass kicked in competitions by smaller weaker people, my priorities lie elsewhere.

and i dont doubt for a second that no matter how bad ass of a fighter someone is Ronnie Coleman has a good chance of ripping their arms off and beating them over the head with them!
