Ok guys we all know the staple bodybuilding foods and protein sources... i.e. chicken,lean red meat, fish, eggs, and protein powders... But I got to wondering and not even that I'm a big fan of it... where does pork fit in the equation... in flex mag or any of them there is always the staple protein sources but I never seen a write up about pork... But it's high in protein but then again In fat also but i was thinking it would be suited for some in the offseason... I just never hear anything about it... Does anyone here use pork as a staple protein source in their diet... or is it a "every once and a while" thing... Just curious![]()
