currently 75kg, about 165pounds,abt 15percent bf..
looking to shed some bf..i won't post the calories yet as this is the first time i'm dieting..so i'll experiment and see how my body react as i start by cutting 50g of carbs frm my daily intake and increase fats to compensate for the carb loss.
so here goes..
meal1: whey,oatmeal
meal2: lean meat protein,flax
meal3: lean meat protein,green veggies
meal4(preworkout): lean meat protein, green veggies
pwo:dextrose,whey,flax
meal5: lean meat protein,brown rice
meal6: whey,flax
i'm currently taking in 325g of carbs..and i don't know whether starting out by cutting away 50g is too little or what..anyway as u guys said..dietying is all trial and error so i'm gona try it out and see what happens..pls input guys..tnx!![]()
