    Deca@ 400mg/week - One shot?

    Usually I get the yellow top deca from Organnon in the boxes of 3 @ 2ml/200mg.

    With this It was simple as I used to to do injections of 2ml/200mg.

    I got some GL deca this time @ 1ml/200mg. Is it best to inject 2ml/400mg in one go or just split it up into two injections throughout the week?
